Thank you for shopping at Nook Furniture! We appreciate that you are taking your time to look and purchase items that we put our love into designing. Your experience with us is very important and out top priority.

By purchasing an item(s) through our online store, there are terms and conditions that apply to all transactions. You agreed to follow all agreements set below as well as our Privacy Policy and Terms of Use.

Return Policy

We truly hope and believe that you will be thrilled when purchasing and receiving any products that we offer in our store. We have carefully designed each item to the best quality and acknowledging our customer needs and wants. We understand, however, that sometimes products may not be what you expected. In the case of such event, we wish you to review the following terms to returning a product.

Please note that the rights describe below are in line under the Australian Consumer Law and other applicable Australian consumer protection laws and regulations.

Returns

Nook Furniture offers returns within 14 days of receiving the item(s). To start this process, please contact our support team to assist with the return. Please note that the policy is subject to the conditions below.

  1. The item was damaged
  2. Change of mind. We do not offer refund for simply change of mind, found a product cheaper somewhere else, or didn't like the purchase or had no use for it.
  3. Misuse of the item. Refund is not available if the problem with the product was caused by the consumer misusing it.
  4. Damage/Defect on item was made aware before purchase.
  5. Asked for a service (delivery method, etc) against advice from store.
  6. Damage on item was caused by actions of someone other than the store.

    Order Change/Cancellation

    If you decide that you want to change or cancel your order, you should contact our support team as soon as possible. We can only accept change or cancellation of orders before your item is being dispatched. After that, any changes made would be subject to a 20-30% restocking fee (depending on your delivery location).

    We are unable to accept returns/exchanges/refunds for the following items,

    • Any item marked on ‘Clearance’ or ‘Final Sale’.
    • Any item on ‘Special Promotion’ or ‘Discounts’
    • Any items that are ‘Marked to Order’ and went through any customisation.
    • Any form of Display items (customer will be informed if the piece they are ordering will be a display item)

    Please note: All refunds can take up to 5 business days to process.
